I led the end-to-end design of Arrival’s fleet management app for buses and vans, taking the product from concept through to production.
Partnering with product, engineering, and operations, I delivered a clear, intuitive interface for real-time tracking, vehicle health, and live or archived CCTV monitoring.
The result is a streamlined platform that unifies fleet oversight, strengthens operational safety, and raises the experience for fleet managers.
